Daily Routine Highlights

Our structured schedule balances therapy, education, and life skills with time for rest, recreation, and reflection. A typical day includes:

  • Morning hygiene and room prep

  • Healthy breakfast and medication support

  • Individual or group therapy

  • Educational sessions or quiet study time

  • Life skills and personal development activities

  • Lunch and structured recreation

  • Afternoon group work or counseling

  • Dinner and downtime

  • Evening reflection, journaling, and lights out

Our Campus

Our residential facility is designed to feel safe, peaceful, and home-like. Teens have shared rooms, common areas for meals and connection, and outdoor space for movement and play. Every part of the environment is created to promote healing and reduce stress.
