About Our Founders

Qiona Bennett, Owner/CEO

As a Registered Nurse and co-founder of Circle of Light, Qiona brings over 20 years of clinical and leadership experience. She oversees the organization’s mission, strategic planning, and long-term direction.

Mercedes Bennett, Co-Owner

Mercedes is a Registered Nurse and behavioral health expert with deep experience in mental health, addiction recovery, and developmental disability care. She manages operations, client safety, risk management, and outcome-based programming.
